Chase Sowell is a dynamic wide receiver whose journey through college football has been defined by perseverance, growth, and explosive playmaking ability. A standout athlete from Atascocita High School, Chase emerged as one of the top playmakers in Texas after recording 70 receptions for 1,380 yards and 16 touchdowns during his senior season.

After beginning his collegiate career at University of Colorado Boulder, Chase continued developing his game at East Carolina University before transferring to Iowa State University, where he earned 2025 Big 12 Offensive Newcomer of the Year honors and All-Big 12 Honorable Mention recognition.

Throughout his college career, Chase has built a reputation as a big-play receiver with elite speed and downfield ability. Across multiple seasons as a starter, he consistently produced at a high level, recording more than 1,800 receiving yards and averaging nearly 18 yards per catch during his collegiate career. His ability to stretch the field, create explosive plays, and compete at a high level has made him one of the rising talents in college football.

Off the field, Chase is passionate about giving back and creating opportunities for young athletes. Through the Chase Sowell Youth Football Camp, he hopes to inspire the next generation by sharing the lessons football has taught him about hard work, confidence, discipline, and teamwork. The camp is designed to create a positive, high-energy environment where young athletes can develop their skills, compete, and have fun while learning from someone who once stood in their shoes.

Chase comes from a family with a strong athletic background. His father, Ronnie, played baseball at University of Florida, while his mother, Keisha, was a three-time All-American soccer player and national champion for the Gators. His younger brother, Hunter, currently plays defensive back at Penn State University.
